As the Lead Educational and Content Designer for PeopleMovers®, I am responsible for the design and content of their e-Learning. As a University Pathway facilitator at EF - Education First, I conceived, designed and developed multiple portfolios of face-to-face, online and blended curricula across a variety of disciplines Courses and expertise are in Global Economics, International Affairs, Academic Writing, Grammar, and business case study seminars. For EF's Russian branch I hold interactive webinars for lawyers, teachers, engineers with a strong practical applicability into real life teaching. At my courses at Marlboro School for Graduate and Professional Studies, I study, analyze and apply pedagogical best practices and supporting educational technologies needed to successfully execute online, f2f and blended learning environments. I believe that collaboration is a 21st Century skill of increasing importance and one that should be used throughout the learning process. At EF's University Preparation Program, I successfully designed, implemented and taught 21st Century courses which focused on educational technology literacy, assessments, activity paths, learning objectives and content for each course. I achieved a 100% paper-free learning environment with excellent student buy-in through online collaborative tools. Also, I advise private clients as a Senior Education Advisor on summer camp, independent US school, and University placement. I am a Fulbright Scholar, experienced facilitator and collaborative team player who is currently completing a Masters in Educational Technology at the Marlboro Graduate School for Professional Studies, in Brattleboro, VT.
